The intern will have the chance to work on exciting projects, participate in on-the-job training, and benefit from professional development opportunities.

**What will you be doing?**
- Review Performance & Reward (P&R) processes with aim to streamline and/or automate them using Excel or enabling technology
- Review Sales Incentive Plans across countries and business lines, propose opportunities for harmonization and develop support materials to increase awareness and understanding of schemes
- Assess Performance & Reward-related data and propose conceptual framework for P&R analytics (including dashboards / Excel tools)
- Research best practices in elevating Wellbeing agenda (initiatives in the market and continuous employee awareness/ engagement thru comms)
- Support Annual Salary Review 2025 preparation as needed
- Support ongoing regional P&R and ANZ/SEA projects as needed
