RESPONSIBILITIES
**About Loyalty Tech**

Loyalty Tech is the product development team for all things loyalty related in FairPrice Group. We are currently a team of about 15 people. Working hand in hand with NTUC Link, we seek to transform and simplify our loyalty offerings to provide even better value and convenience for all our customers.

Over the years, there have been multiple loyalty offerings developed in different businesses such as Just Wine Club, Kopitiam Card and Plus. With the coming together of FairPrice Group in 2019, we aim to consolidate the various programmes and develop a strong omnichannel loyalty offering through the Plus Programme. In 2019 alone, 6 billion LinkPoints were issued out through Plus, resulting in cost savings of $40 million for Plus members.

We take a customer-centric approach in our product development and measure our success via business metrics. We work with modern technologies (eg. Golang, Kubernetes) to develop our next generation loyalty systems.

This is a frontend development role working on Loyalty features in Plus, FairPrice websites and admin dashboards. If you are keen, you will also be given the opportunity to work on backend technologies.

You will be reporting to the Engineering Team Lead in Loyalty Tech.

- Write quality code with effective tests
- Work with product and design to come up with practical solutions that enable us to deliver faster with meaningful impact

QUALIFICATIONS
- Have good experience with React.js, Next.js and Jest (or other testing frameworks)
- Keep up to date with the latest developments and best practices in frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Take pride in the work that you do and always strive to improve the status quo
