- Supervising all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high-quality product is produced.
- Ensuring maximum clientele satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.
- Prepare the kitchen for day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operations of the food department.
- To ensure consistency in the products that are of the highest quality and to adhere to deadlines.
- Audits on par stock in all areas to ensure all required supplies are ordered and stocked in advance of need.
- Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with standards.
- Check that the quantity and quality of items ordered are received and stored in proper condition.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience for Jnr Sous / Sous in a similar capacity.
- A recognized culinary certificate/ qualification and large food production experience would be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a large brigade with a multi-culture team.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate in English.
- Knowledge of HACCP and ISO22K.
- Immediate vacancy
