**Salary**: $2,200 - $2,800 + OT

**Location**: West

**Working Hours / Days**: 07.45AM - 05.15PM (Mon - Fri) / 08.00AM - 11.00PM (Alt Sat Off)

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for all matters related to booking and appointment making for Service and/or repair work & Sales and Marketing events (RSVP)
Act as first point of telephone contact for customer support requests
Obtain precise customer personal particulars, vehicle registration, car ownership
Check for support agreement / warranty validity per guideline.
Ensure all calls, including customer compliments and complaints logged in CRM system
Provide technical call screening and assign call to the appropriate delivery method and payment type
Provide customer with call number for follow-up and set customer expectations on the next steps in the service delivery process
Provide best effort technical advice to customer in a timely and professional manner
Assist in special product campaign or promotions
Schedule customers for professional car care services
Assist in generating daily, weekly and monthly reports as and when required
Ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Minimum GCE "O" Level and above
Independent individual who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
