We are seeking a reliable **Delivery Driver & Operations (Equipment Installer)**to join us.

This role involves the movement of inventory**:coffee bean, coffee machines and accessories**to different locations.

**You will also be also involved in daily operations of machine setup at different locations**(cafés, restaurants, offices, etc.). It is important that you enjoy and take pride in your work as it involves customer interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Delivery Duties**:

- Safely operate company van to deliver coffee beans, accessories, and equipment to clients on scheduled routes.
- Load and unload products, ensuring correct inventory per delivery sheet.
- Maintain delivery logs, invoices, and proof of delivery documents.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and courteous deliveries with a focus on customer service.

**Machine Delivery & Setup**:

- If you do not have prior coffee knowledge, you will be trained to deliver and install equipment at home and commercial locations
- Provide a basic machine overview and usage instructions to client
- Coordinate with our technical team for advanced setups or service needs.

**Additional Duties**:

- Maintain cleanliness and care of delivery vehicle and equipment.
- Assist with operations as needed especially during peak season

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
**Required**:

- Valid Singapore driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit: able to lift up to 32kg and work with others for larger equipment. The list of items we sell can be found on our website.

**Beneficial**:

- Background in coffee industry or hospitality.
- Mechanical aptitude; ability to use tools and follow setup manuals
- Problem-solver and able to troubleshoot

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Occasional weekend deliveries or installations may be needed
