**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job duties include**:

- Responsible for installing hard tiles, wood, and marble in homes and offices
- Determine the tile or marble pattern layout, cut and shape the tiles to size, and expertly install flooring fixtures using hand and machine tools
- Cleaning up worksites from debris and machinery
- Helping erect scaffolding and ladders
- Handle and transport materials (e.g. cement) and equipment (e.g. drills and grinders)
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks (e.g. digging, stacking up goods)
- Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions

**Requirements**:

- Able to work independently with good attitude.
- Have flexibility in working hours arrangement to cope with the project schedule to support the company’s operation.
- Read drawings and plan for the installation works on site.
- Able to provide training and do quality checks for all types of tiling works job.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.)
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety rules
- Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset, but not necessary
