**Responsibilities**
1. To conduct daily quality inspections on site (i.e. structural, MEP and architectural).
2. Responsible for the daily planning of works and supervision of assigned workers.
3. Responsible for the pre-CONQUAS / Quality Mark (QM) inspections.
4. To ensure proper record keeping of daily quality inspections.
5. To report quality issues to Engineer (QA/QC) for issuance of report where necessary.
6. To attend weekly project coordination / progress meeting to highlight quality issues.
7. To collaborate with project team to identify, rectify and monitor the quality performance of subcontractors.
8. To conduct ‘hands-on’ in-house training to project personnel and subcontractors on topics pertaining to quality of works and relevant authority requirements.
9. To attend monthly department meeting to highlight matters pertaining to the assigned project.
10. To coordinate BCA CONQUAS and QM assessments. Ensure the completion of all assessments and to achieve the targeted CONQUAS / QM score.
11. To develop and maintain good working relations with both internal and external customers (i.e. Client, Consultants, Authority, Home owners, Colleagues etc.)
12. To perform the role of an internal quality auditor for periodic audits at other project sites.
13. To perform the role of an inspector for pre-handing over unit inspections at other projects.
14. Any other duties as specified by the reporting Supervisor to ensure the completion of the project.
15. Dual reporting to Project Manager and Manager (QA/QC).

**Experience**
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark assessments would be a bonus.
