**Products & Equipment**
Within the Products & Equipment business unit, SSI SCHAEFER offers a wide range of products and solutions for manual and semi-automated intralogistics. Thanks to the modularity of the portfolio, the products can be optimally integrated and scaled. They can be divided into the following four product sectors:
- **Container**: For both manual, semi
- or fully automated warehousing, the product range includes numerous storage, picking and transport containers.
- **Heavy duty racking**:One of the most versatile pallet racking systems on the market for individual solutions.
- **Shelving and Packing unit “colli” flow racking**:Variable and high-quality racking systems for manual storage in single or multi-story configurations.
- **Dynamic Systems**: Semi-automated storage and picking solutions that can be customized to meet specific needs.
**Job Summary**
The System Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of intralogistics solutions, including LogiMat® and Mobile Rackbot, in Singapore. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing full sales cycle, building customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for logistics systems and solutions, including LogiMat® and Mobile Rackbot..
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and expand market presence in Singapore.
- Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal solution design, engineering, and project teams to deliver tailored proposals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback for product and business development.
- Represent SSI Schaefer at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and drive business growth.
**About you**
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in intralogistics, material handling, or industrial automation.
- Proven track record in solution selling and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of warehouse automation, storage systems, and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global matrix organization.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
