**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations including cleanliness, organization and staffing
- Assist the Manager in running a smooth, efficient, and productive shift
- Ensures prompt, efficient, friendly and accurate service
- Monitor staff performance and hold staff accountable for their performance, ensuring guests experiences meet the company guidelines
- Ensure adherence of food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements and practices
- Work with Logistics and Procurement to manage supplies deliveries and inventory and maintain records of invoices
- Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager

**What We are looking For**:

- Prior experience in F&B Industry preferred.
- Pleasant personality and service oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Energetic team player
- Ability to commit to a 44hrs per week on a 6 days work week, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month
