KSK Design and Build Pte Ltd is a renovation company providing full end to end interior design and renovation services for both residential and commercial customers.

We are having our own in-house aluminium & glass fabrication services for window, doors, skylight, trellis, staircases, as well as our own in house carpentry works.

**Position: Carpenter
**Responsibilities**:

- Reading and interpreting blueprints and plans.
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials.
- Installing structures such as windows, doors, stairs, and cabinets.
- Repairing or replacing damaged wooden structures.
- Maintaining tools and equipment’s.
- Able to operator cutter machinery and variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborating with other construction professionals, like architects and project managers.
- Coordination with external customers for site measurement and on site meetings.
- Any other duties as required by the Company from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Organized, meticulous, and has a good sense of time management.
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Independent and a team player.
- High interpersonal skill with positive attitude and mind-set.
- At least three years’ relevant work experience in construction industry.
- Fresh and dynamic team player with good cooperation and team spirit.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fresh grad from ITE or Polytechnic are welcome to apply.
