Looking for **L2 certified** **English Language Preschool Educators (relief/contract) **to join our team at **Jurong East** You will be working with a tight-knit team of experienced and jolly educators.

Lesson plans and learning resources are provided by HQ.

**Job Role Description (L1 Beginning Preschool Educator / Early Years Educator)**
- Creates a secure and quality learning environment for children through fostering meaningful relationships with them
- Supports the holistic development of children by implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula, and nurturing trusting and respectful relationships with the children
- Actively engages in Centre initiatives to support its collaborative efforts with the community
- Works closely with colleagues and contributes to a culture of collaboration and collegiality
- Participates in professional development and service quality improvement activities

**Job Role Description (L2 Beginning Preschool Educator / Preschool Educator)**
- Creates a secure and quality learning environment for the children

through nurturing trusting and respectful relationships with them.
- Enriches children’s learning by co-designing and implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula, while effectively

integrating innovative teaching and learning practices.
- Proactive and intentional in strengthening

partnerships with families and the community, and co-designs collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve this goal.
- Guides the junior educators in enhancing their professional practice. He/She provides suggestions, and ideas to improve professional development in the Centre, while also contributing to the Centre’s culture of collaboration and collegiality

**Experience, Qualifications, and Training Requirements**:

- Singapore Citizen only
- Has been registered with ECDA and attained L2 / L1 certification
- Has either of the following:

- Diploma in Pre-school Education - Teaching (DPE-T) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE-T). Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (CECCE) or it's equivalent recognized by ECDA;
- Place of residence, preferred working location, LON from ECDA

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
