**Asset Management Manager**

**to our Technical Team in the Singapore Refinery.**

**You will focus on Asset Management and work closely with Operations, Maintenance and Project Teams to ensure asset integrity aspects of the refinery are well maintained and enhanced.**

**Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future**

**RELIABILITY MANAGEMENT**
- **Accountable in the development, implementation and management of the Reliability Management Framework including Risk Register for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).**
- **Responsible for the Development, Implementation and roll out of the Defect elimination process.**
- **Responsible for the development of the Reliability Centred Maintenance process.**
- **Responsible in the development of the maintenance and inspection strategies for rotating, mechanical, electrical and instrument for safety critical equipment (SCE) and production critical equipment(PCE)**
- **To support identifying requirements for equipment spare parts**
- **Responsible to facilitate the bad actor identifications and Preventive Maintenance Optimization**
- **Development of the preventive maintenance plan for rotating, mechanical, instrument and electrical Safety Critical Equipment and Production Critical Equipment.**

**ASSET INTEGRITY**
- **Accountable for implementing and sustaining the Asset integrity framework for the site.**
- **Advises the site management on findings and solutions to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.**
- **Coordinates and participates in all refinery safety programs.**
- **Supports the improvement and implementation of the site inspection strategy, develops and executes inspection programs, supports delivery of the site’s Reliability culture.**
- **Responsible for developing strategies to champion defect elimination programs, including Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Bad Actors, Infrastructure, Reliability Reviews and Risk Based Inspection (RBI).**
- **Responsible for resources to support projects in design for Reliability.**
- **Provides daily technical support and authority to the site. This may include providing or leading troubleshooting efforts, work scope or job plan deliverables, and supporting Maintenance, Projects or Turnaround (TAR) activities as assigned.**
- **Responsible for leading Infrastructure reviews and programs for assigned new equipment to proactively and efficiently ensure long-term asset strategies are developed and achieved.**
- **Functions as the Lead Technical Authority for asset related disciplines.**
- **Understands all Control of Work (CoW) and Process Safety policies and procedures, including support of Management of Change (MOC) procedures and HAZOP evaluations.**
- **Manages all aspects of assigned projects, including achievement of objectives in the areas of HSSE, quality, schedule and cost.**
- **For assigned activities, leads or ensures appropriate contract management processes and safety or technical reviews to comply with HSSE, engineering, projects and procurement requirements, and ensures compliance with applicable practices, codes, standards and regulations.**
