Job Scope:
- Prepare and execute orders according to standard recipes
- Inform and alert shortage of supplies to Head Chef
- Ensure food orders executed in an efficient and timely manner
- Comply to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards
- Keep Head Chef informed of issues and take prompt corrective act on where necessary or suggest alternate actions
Job Requirement:
- Valid Food Hygiene Certification
- Singapore/Permanent Resident and Malaysian Work Permit all welcomed
- Have to understand dietary requirements and allergies (Vegan/Vegetarian/Pescatarian)
