**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated individual who reflects the innovative spirit, creative talent, production excellence, collaborative mindset and passion for great storytelling that defines ILMxLAB.
Quality Assurance Analysts ensure our immersive experiences are of the highest quality by implementing test plans, executing test cases, and tracking features and flaws in the software.
**What You'll Do**:
- Create test plans, test cases, guidelines, and checklists
- Create documentations and setup guides for projects
- Facilitate communication and improve process between internal and external QA teams
- Perform build verification testing, regression testing, and general testing for quality/performance
- Work directly with the game development teams
- Provide qualitative and quantitative reports about software builds
- Assist in the refinement and improvements of testing procedures and test plans
- Deliver feedback to the dev team on gameplay, tuning, etc. from the customer’s perspective
- Identify and report quality assurance and testing issues and defects
- Test and verify quality of software and internal tools
- Supervision of junior and mid-level analysts, as required
**What We're Looking For**:
- 5+ years experience as a QA Analyst/Game Tester for games or software
- One or more years of experience in a Senior level testing role
- Ability to follow rigorous quality assurance processes
- Understanding of the distinctions and contributions of the various disciplines of development
- Ability to analyze or develop processes and suggest improvements effectively
- Familiarity with JIRA or equivalent bug/issue tracking software tools
- Industry experience in production, QA, or software development
- PC, Console (PlayStation, XBOX, etc.) and AR/VR industry games experience
- Familiarity with various Operating Systems, hardware platforms, and development tools
- Previous experience with Unreal Engine 4 is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work productively with mínimal supervision
- Clear and effective oral and written communication skills
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset; doesn’t only report issues, but helps find solutions
