**Job Purpose**

To support the launch of the Regional Marketing Framework and the Regional Training Programme.

Key Learning Objectives include:

- Regional governance and implementation of key initiaitves
- Understanding complex Program Management
- Account and Stakeholder Management
- Business Review, Sales analysis and Reporting

**What you do**
- Support in Regional Training Program implementation
- Developing Regional Marketing Framework
- Support in tracking of progress of key Citadel initiatives
- Support in regular Citadel regional sales reporting and other management reporting decks
- Any other duties as required.

**What you bring**
- Project Management skills and experience
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in excel and powerpoint
- Basic knowledge of insurance
