**Global Key User SAP EWM**
**Your role**:
You are the first point of contact for APAC Extended Warehouse Management Local Key Users (providing second level support). You support current live sites while working on rollouts to new sites. Your role is the link between Local Key Users and global SAP project activities. You will also review requests and provide feedback on new requirements, enhancements, and issues by filtering the genuine requirements ensuring the consistency of the global template and driving the integration of value-add local processes. You will also provide train-the-trainer training to Local Key Users and will be responsible for executing Validation Acceptance Testing. The role may be based in any country within the APAC region.

**Who you are**:

- Expert knowledge of SAP EWM - considered a "go-to" person amongst other key users
- Very good understanding of Distribution processes, ideally in a Life Science environment
- Have worked on significant SAP implementation projects
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent communicator who can express complex ideas in a clear and structured way
- Collaborative and builds relationships of trust with stakeholders in the business and IT
- Act as the owner with a pro-active, self-motivated approach
- Work well under pressure within a global, cross-functional organisation
