WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

Reporting to Head of Recruitment, the Recruitment Manager key responsibilities are:

- To increase the number of quality recruits for agency by driving the execution of recruitment strategies together with Head of Recruitment & Cluster SDOAs / BDMs.
- To work closely and influence Agency Leaders to recruit to build a sustainable agency business.

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment hiring process of Financial Services Consultants (FSCs) by working closely with Agency Leaders and Cluster's SDOAs/BDMs:
Design/Execute/Review of Recruitment Strategies at Agency Level
- Support Head of Recruitment in Designing & Executing recruitment strategies at Agency level
- Work closely with Cluster SDOAs / BDMs and TD Ops in providing recruitment support initiatives in recruiting quality recruits.
- Review and support Agency Leader’s on their recruitment strategies.

Recruitment Projects & Initiatives
- Plan and execute recruitment projects and initiatives at Agency level and company level as directed by CAO / Head of Recruitment

Conduct Recruitment-related Interview
- Scheme's panel interview

Performance Review
- Performance review of recruitment schemes

Agency Communication and Support
- Identify effective recruitment strategies to reach out to Agency Leaders.
- Leaders meeting sharing

Training and Development
- Support new recruits on onboarding and classes

Recruitment Administration
- Appeals and enquires handling

Also performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by CAO & Head of Recruitment in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Requirement
- Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task
- Sharp business acumen, adaptable and team player
- Strong perseverance and desire to succeed
