Job Role Summary

IT Security Officer (“ITSO”)

to assist in consolidating, coordination, monitoring and follow up on APAC Cyber security topics. The roles include:
Consolidate, review and follow up on daily IT logs for reporting.

Detect and escalate to IT security manager for anomalies generated in audit logs.

Assist to coordinate and follow up on Cyber security tasks, physical security and fire safety, business contingency plans and recovery, PDPA, TRM and IT security incident.

To be on standby with on-call availability including nights, weekends, holidays.

BCP coordinator

to coordinate to assist in consolidating, coordination, monitoring and follow up on APAC Business Continuity topics. The roles include:
Consolidate, review and follow up with departments on Business Impact Analysis, BCP documentation and BCP exercise.

Safe Management Officer (“SMO”)

to assist in the implementation, coordination and monitoring of the Safe Management Measure at the workplace. The roles include:
Assist to implement of Safe Management Measures,

including identifying relevant risks, recommending and assisting in implementing measures to mitigate the risks, and communicating the measures to all personnel working in the workplace;
Assist to conduct inspections and checks

to ensure compliance. Any non-compliance found during the inspections should be reported and documented;
Critical Work Funtions and Key Tasks

1. Deploy Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) programmes

Assist to coordinate Workplace Safety and Health Management System (WSHMS) and risk management plans

Assist to clarify WSH programme requirements with employees of other departments

Assist to coordinate WSH training programmes for safety-critical roles

Assist to coordinate fire drill exercise and physical security

2. Manage Business Continuity

Assist to coordinate WSH incident and accident investigations

Assist to coordinate investigation findings to identify causes of incidents and accidents

Propose corrective and preventive measures to address root cause of incidents

Assist to coordinate incident and accident reports

Assist to track implementation of corrective and preventive actions

Assist to coordinate Business Continuity planning and exercise.

3. Monitor cyber security risks, systems and operations

Assist to coordinate the on-going cyber risk assessment activities

Assist to coordinate technical recommendations following identification of vulnerabilities in operating systems

Assist to coordinate 24 x 7 security operations coverage

Assist to drive continuous improvement of security operations

4. Mitigate cyber security risks

Assist to coordinate the tracking of cyber security incident and investigation

Assist to track remediation action plan till closure.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related

Professional Certifications such as CISM, CRISC or other IT Security related will be a plus

Min. 3 Years of relevant experience
