**Responsibilities**:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate project activities, assign tasks to team members, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Implement Agile methodologies and frameworks (such as Scrum or Kanban) to facilitate iterative and incremental project delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing lessons learned from previous projects.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development teams, QA teams, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project outcomes.Ensure adherence to project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.
**Requirements**:
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are preferred.
