We are currently recruiting a
** Senior Software Engineer** to join our
**CoverWallet team** in
**Aon's Center for Innovation & Analytics (Singapore).**

**What the day will look like**

**About the role**:

- We are currently seeking a Senior Front Engineer with good tech skills, open to work with new technologies.
- This is just the start. Hence, you’ll be a key player in defining technology stack, processes, and building our work environment from scratch
- Work with other Engineers to build and deliver features
- Identify front-end best practices
- Build efficient and reusable Front-end systems and abstractions
- Contribute to designing the architecture of our Front-end system
- Address performance issues
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on experience in software development. Mentor other junior engineers
- Work with Designers and Product Managers to implement design and products interfaces

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- From static design to Production running code
- Demonstrated UI design and UX sensibilities
- Responsive design, mobile-first
- JavaScript & React coder
- SEO techniques awareness
- Cross-browser compatibility issues knowledge, client-side performance
- Other JS libraries are a plus
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals
- Familiarity with MVC Ruby on Rails web framework or others
- Team player, really motivated with technical challenges
- Time management skills
