Responsible for the research and analysis across a variety of blockchain cutting-edge technology, such as consensus mechanism, Layer2, privacy-preserving computing, Cross-Chain, and more;
- Solid knowledge of blockchain technology, capable of undertaking and conducting independent research reports;
- Collaborate with tech teams to promote and implement the research results.

**Job Requirements**
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of R&D experience;
- Solid Computer Science fundamentals;
- Experience with C++/Go/Rust/other programming languages;
- Familiar with one or more blockchain frameworks, such as Ethereum、Cosmos, or Filecoin;
- An advanced English level and great communication skills (oral and written);
- A fast learner, passionate about learning new tech knowledge;
- Ability to work within a team, self-motivated, and able to do independent research.

**Nice to have**
- Passionate about Web3;
- Experience in blockchain R&D;
- Scientific research experience and published high-quality academic papers;
- Proficient in cryptography.
