**SPED Associate Trainers (Visual Arts, Media, Music, Drama and Dance)**

Mastereign Enrichment is one of Singapore’s leading holistic enrichment training providers, and we’re on the lookout for passionate and talented individuals to join our team of Visual Arts, Media and Performing Arts NAC trainers

**Here’s the opportunity**:
You’ll be conducting training sessions in any of the following areas, depending on your specialization:
**1. Music Programmes**
- **Keyboard Series**: Keyboards, Mallet Percussion
- **Strings Series**: Guitar, Ukulele
- **Percussion Series**: Brazilian, African, Cajon, Ethnic, Stomp
- **Vocal Series**: Beatbox, Vocals, Acapella
- **Digital Music Series**: GarageBand, Bandlab - Music and Song Arrangement/Composition

**2. Drama Programmes**
- Acting and Improvisation
- Readers’ Theatre
- Speech and Drama
- Stagecraft and Theatrical Production
- Scriptwriting and Storytelling

**3. Dance Programmes**
- Hip Hop, Street Jazz, K-Pop
- Contemporary and Modern Dance
- Ethnic and Cultural Dance
- Creative Movement for Young Learners

4. **Visual Arts Programmes**
- **Drawing and Painting**: Acrylic Painting, Watercolour, Manga Art, Cartooning, Batik, Chinese Ink
- **Soft Pastels**: Nagomi Art, Charcoal and Chalk
- **3D**: Clay, Wire Art
- **Upcycling Art**

5**. Media Arts Programmes**
- **Animation**: Flipaclip, Stop Motion Studio, Cospaces (Delightex)
- **Digital Illustration**: Procreate, Sketchbook
- **Photo and Video Production**: iPad photography, DSLR, Broadcast journalism
- **Infographics**: Canva
- **Generative AI**: AI Image creation, Chatgpt, AI video production

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Train students of different age groups in small or large class settings
- Conduct lessons on weekdays or weekends (hourly/project basis)
- Follow prepared lesson plans and use engaging, age-appropriate teaching methods
- Build students’ foundational skills in your artform (e.g. theory, technique, performance)
- Inspire appreciation for the performing arts across different cultures and genres
- Guide students in preparing for performances, showcases or competitions
- Monitor and communicate students’ progress with relevant stakeholders

**What you’ll need**:

- Certification in your artform (e.g. SPED NAC or NAC Endorsement preferred, ABRSM, Trinity, Rockschool, relevant Art Certification or portfolio)
- Prior teaching/training experience in music, drama or dance
- MOE Registration preferred (We can assist with registration if needed)
- Strong classroom management skills, especially with young learners
- Able to commit to training during school hours (7am-3pm) and/or weekends
- Confident, energetic, and creative with a strong passion to inspire
- Positive working attitude and excellent communication skills

**Job Type**: Temporary

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)

**Experience**:
