An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and self-motivated Traineeships Employment Caseworker to join the Traineeships team within our Lifestyle and Works department.

This position is full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday on a fixed term 6-month contract and based in the East Midlands. The role will mostly be home-based but with travel across different sites in order to meet with different stakeholders, and to recruit the learners from local schools and colleges.

Key skills and requirements (essential):

- Experience or recruiting and engaging young people onto educational programmes
- Experience of supporting people with additional needs
- Experience of delivering against targets
- Knowledge of safe working practices
- Knowledge of educational programmes
- A-C/9-4 English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
- Good ICT skills
- Effective Communicator
- Effective record keeping and reporting
