**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understand project requirements and concepts.
- Participating in various design projects from concept to completion.
- Producing drafts, prototypes, and engaging design solutions.
- Listening to feedback to hone skills and improve design.
- Use various techniques to create design drafts, layouts, and prototypes.
- Produce final design solutions for;
- In-store physical and digital sales promotions and mechanics
- In-store physical and digital F&B assets and supporting collaterals
- Online store digital assets
- Assisting in product and campaign photo shoots
- Social media content and assets creation
- Pitch creative ideas
- Collaborate with team members to launch projects
- Proficient in Digital ImagingUse feedback from other designers to improve

**REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS**
- Up to 2 -3 years of experience as a Junior Designer
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite design software (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Understanding of visual elements (Layout & Typography)
- Teamwork skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Creative skills and problem-solving aptitudeDiploma/ Degree in Design Communication or related field
