To assist Shift Lead and Manager ensuring smooth SP operation in accordance to procedures, quality standard, compliance to all regulatory requirement, guidelines in GxP, HSE etc.

To provide operational support for productivity and product quality effectively and efficiently. To be able to perform not only routine operation tasks well, (i.e. Operate SP machines, Palletization, perform inventory adjustment, and so on), but also to support and execute the tasks allocated by shift leads including products quarantine and resort activity. To be able to perform conversion and simple machine trouble shooting, engage to engineering technical support to ensure good machine performance. To be able to deputize the shift lead role when the shift lead is not in function. Good coordination across functions to ensure getting job done. To ensure good 5S standard and HSE compliance in SP operation To drive and participate on the recovery process of non-routine issues. Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen project) in equipment performance

Education: Higher Nitec and above with mechanical, mechatronic, manufacturing related courses, or equivalent.

**Experience**:
Minimum 3 years working experience as production team leader / senior technician with supervisory experience in high volume manufacturing plant.

Prefer with GMP/GDP experience.
