**Key Roles and Responsibilities of this role**:

- Reporting to Senior FPA Manager, your responsibility is to support monthly management reporting and forecasting ensuring timely and accuracy of the reporting submitted by the markets. You will be collaborating with different stakeholders across the Business.
- Support and collate monthly flash and forecast financial results from all markets ensuring the submission of the results are timely and accurate.
- Perform monthly financial results and provide variance analysis.
- Support annual Budget and roll out of forecast and dashboard
- Support and maintain Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system for Forecast and Budget modules.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Degree in Finance and/or Accountancy (CPA or CA preferred) with at least 6 years of working experience in Accounting/Finance or related field as Finance or Business Analyst.
- Prior regional experience will be advantageous
- Prior exposure to various EPM consolidation and reporting systems would be advantageous.
- Prior experience in group consolidation and elimination are advantageous.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint skills (able to handle different data sets for financial analysis).
- Expose to use of SAP S4 HANA and/or Tagetik are advantageous.
- Process improvement mindset to support implementation of best practice across markets
- Strong team player with proactive follow up to ensure timely and accurate deliverables met.
- Meticulous coupled with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Business-oriented with ability to communicate and strong stakeholder management.
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, proactive and self-motivated personality
