To lead a group of Field Technicians to perform the Annual Testing of Lifts and Escalators.
- To plan and schedule a yearly annual testing schedule, monitor and update any changes promptly.
- To liaise with customers on yearly testing of Lifts and Escalators.
- To provide technical advice on services to customers.
- To follow up on post testing defects and that the defects are cleared within the given timeframe.
- To act as the main point of contact between internal divisions, customers, local authorities and vendors for all annual testing arrangements.
- To uphold high work safety standards and that internal documents not limited to Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures and Toolbox meetings etc are in order.
- To attend to any ad-hoc matters / issues assigned by Section Head / Manager.

**Job Requirement**
- At least Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of related experience in performing testing and commissioning role.
- Prior supervisory experiences to manage a team of Field Technician will have an added advantage.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and following-up skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- A team player with results-oriented mindset.
