**The Leasing Executive Role**
- Ensure timely collection of monthly instalments during entire period of car lease
- Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the department
- Perform administrative work and duties arising from leasing transactions
- Update leasing data in systems and maintain records of leasing transactions, including record keeping and filing duties for car registration, insurance, road tax, and other leasing transaction details
- Provide internal stakeholders with necessary leasing support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Skill Requirements**
- Proficient in English/Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
- Time management
- Critical thinking
- Monitoring and task management

**Other Requirements**
- Minimum education: Diploma or equivalent
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with positive work attitude
- Prior experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $3,600.00 per month
