Sea Freight Operation Executive
ARAMEX Singapore is expanding We are seeking Sea Freight Operation Executive to join our Singapore team. You will report to the Sea Freight Team Lead.
What are the roles and responsibility?
- Execute import and export shipment end to end.
- Ability to handle both LCL and FCL shipments and hazardous.
- Arranging for DO and B/L collection.
- Handle multiple shipments end to end at the same time.
- Well-motivated and capable to handle freight forwarding operations independently without supervision.
- Timely and accurate scheduling of hazardous and non-hazardous bookings.
- Arranging Customs clearance and documentation.
- Submit shipping instructions.
- Monitor suppliers’ invoices and performance.
- Complete job costing and billing.
- Follow company SOPs and achieve KPIs.
Requirement for the role
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience preferably in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry
- A team player
- 5 days work week
- Work Location: 3 Changi South Street 1
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
