**Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience working as part of Technology solutions at an IT company.
- Strong technical skills in Java, Spring, Hibernate, XML, SOAP, REST, MuleSoft, data modeling, SOA, Microservices architecture, Agile delivery, and PL SQL.
- Experience in leading and managing technical teams.
- Ability to provide L3 support as per defined SLAs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the banking industry.
- Knowledge of Jenkins and C/C++/Core Java/J2EE Design patterns.
