**Responsibilities**
- Configuration, implementation and ongoing management of Project AVEVA Net and ISM instances. Pivotal role in Project data capture, verification and handover.
- Contact person for all matters related to set up, maintenance, administration, upgrade and troubleshooting of AVEVA NET system deployed on all projects.
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines assigned to project and work closely with project management, procurement, HSE, QA/QC, operations and construction team and meet or where possible to exceed on-time deliverables maintaining the quality and safety in each activity.
- Establish and maintain creation of Class Library and define its structure and mapping techniques in ISM.
- Develop efficient data capture, validation, loading and handover work processes to meet Client/Project schedule requirements.
- Establish new project portals reflecting Client/Project Class Libraries, data structure and handover requirements.
- Ongoing Gateway configuration, maintenance and development of AVEVA NET portals.
- Generate Query Forms, SSRS and BI reports communicating data discrepancies, omissions, completion trending and status.
- Work closely with AVEVA Engineering, Tools administrators and super users for smooth execution and delivery of AVEVA NET solutions on projects.
- Work with AVEVA support center to assist in fault diagnosis and deployment of fixes in support of implementation work.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
- Professional cerficate in AVEVA NET administration.
- Work experience in major EPCs and Owners/Operators.
- Experience of AVEVA Net Portal and ISM development and administration skills on major capital projects.
- Proficient in exception handling between AVEVA systems with associated Gateways and Client systems.
- Extensive knowledge of AVEVA registers gateway interface with Client system.
- Experience in mapping Company data and document structures to Client structures.
- In-depth understanding of FEED & Detailed Design deliverables, and their execution methodology/interdependencies with one another.
- Current/previous experience in Engineering Information Management.
- Good knowledge of Engineering Design software including AVEVA E3D, AVEVA Engineering, etc.
- Able to commence work at short notice.
