Our client is an F&B manufacturer in Singapore and they are currently looking for a Production/QC admin to support the Production and QC team to manage data records and documents. Assist to manage the raw material & packaging inventory. Liaise with clients to ensure the final products meet their needs and requirements.
【What you will be working on】
- Handle Administrative duties in the Production Department.
- Assist laboratory team to dispose of analyzed sauce
- Record Production Schedule according to assigned plan by Production Manager
- Printing of labels on a daily basis and distributing them via Production Instruction Sheet
- Assist to check and manage inventory of production raw materials, food ingredients & packaging materials.
- Liaise with suppliers on the delivery of food ingredients and packaging materials.
- Record laboratory analysis data and ensure proper filing of data records
- Input labels to ensure soy sauce samples are kept in a proper storage area
- Prepare sensory test of daily Soy Sauce products & etc.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Department Manager/Supervisor.
- ** Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma and above
- At least 1-2 years experience in Quality Control or related role in the Manufacturing industry
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ** Working Hour**: 8:00 ~ 17:30
