**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and deliver programmes based on various customer segments(Specialize group events).
- Manage and monitor programme activities including registration, attendance and logistics and post-activities evaluation to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Assist in scheduling, mentoring, training and development, engagement.
- Respond to customer programmes enquiries.

**Requirement**:

- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- All academic disciplines are welcome; Diploma in Outdoor Adventure Learning, Diploma in Sports and Wellness Management or Degree in Sports Science and Management will be a bonus.
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in sales and customer service is preferred but not necessary.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English is mandatory, proficiency in another language is beneficial.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel formulations would be preferred.
- Climbing experience (Bouldering/Top Rope/Lead Climbing) is a bonus.
