Maintains a pleasant and friendly atmosphere in the lobby by welcoming, greetings and talking to customers. Giving assistance when in need and making each visit a satisfactory one
- Watch out for possible problem and do whatever is necessary to handle customer complaints to the satisfaction of the customer. Upon resolution or should the need to arise, she should alert the MOD on the problem
- Acts as manager’s eyes and ear in the lobby, alerting the manager for any problem that may occur that has impact on QSC
- Adds fun and build long term sales through tenant order, up-sellings
- , BYOD downloads large orders, birthday celebration or activities held in the restaurant
- Helps speed up service through long line order, expediting especially through high volume periods
- Maintains a fun and exciting atmosphere for children by distributing balloons or doing fun time activities
- Collect community contacts through meeting customer for community relation or sales building purposes
- Performs crew function and other function when need arises.

(Can only be assigned as counter, packer, delivery packer or lobby station)

**Pre-requisites**
- With at least One (1) experience are welcome (training will be provided)
- Positive, friendly attitude and good people skills to take the best care of our customers, making their experience with us unique and up to their expectations.
- Proactive in learning
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Need to work on weekends / Public Holidays / Shift Work

**Working Hours / Location**
Rotating shifts / Islandwide

6 days work week
