**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Primary responsibility is the management of Total Chemical and Gas Management Facility of Singapore project
- To coordinate the entire Total Chemical / Gas Facility Management operation
- Provide leadership and support in maintaining on-site specialty chemicals distribution
- Developing/Reviewing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures for Total Chemical / Gas Management Operations
- Ensure TCGM operations are done in accordance to agreed schedule/ customer’s request
- Plan maintenance programs in coordination with the client to meet/exceed KPI’s
- Involve in direct customer communications
- Manage logistics, inventory and costs
- Monitoring the entire expenses, costs and budgets for TCGM operations
- Ensure compliance with all company’s rule and regulations including quality and safety guidelines as well as customers’ regulations as per KPI stated
- Regular management reporting
- Effective labour & subcontractor supervision
- Involve in Incident Reporting, Troubleshooting, Training Plan and Preparation, SPC monitoring, Spare part Management, and other TCGM activities that are not mentioned.
- Take on the role of Management Representative for the Quality and Environmental Management system.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCad.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Chemistry, Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.
