We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Operations Research Analyst to oversee our Indian restaurant.

With a background in statistics and operations research you will be equipped to drive operational efficiency and implement data driven strategies.

1. Leveraging Emerging Technologies
- Augmented Reality (AR): Offer immersive menu previews or virtual tours of your unique barefoot dining experience.
- AI Chatbots: Implement AI-driven chatbots for answering FAQs, taking reservations, or promoting specials.
- IoT (Internet of Things): Use IoT devices for smart energy management, temperature control, and equipment monitoring.

2. Streamlining Operations
- Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems: Implement advanced POS systems to manage orders, track inventory, and generate sales reports efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Use digital tools to automate stock tracking and reduce waste by forecasting ingredient usage.
- Kitchen Display Systems (KDS): Digitize order management in the kitchen for faster and error-free service

3. Enhancing Customer Experience
- Reservations and Waitlist Systems: Set up digital platforms to manage bookings and reduce customer wait times.
- Contactless Dining Solutions: Integrate QR code menus, online ordering, and digital payment options for a seamless dining experience.
- Feedback Management: Use apps or platforms to collect, analyse, and respond to customer reviews.

4. Boosting Marketing and Branding
- Social Media Strategies: Leverage tools to automate and optimize content posting, engagement, and analytics for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Data Analytics: Analyse customer data to create targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Website and SEO Management:
Enhance your website for better visibility and include features like a blog, menu, and reservation system

Any other tasks as assigned by the Manager which improves the efficiency of the restaurant operations.
