Overall job objectives:
The Polishing Specialist contributes to the workshop operations by working in the polishing room / stations and handling the equipment within the polishing room to polish / buff / plate the products.

He / she is expected to adhere to all workshop requirements and processes, safety parameters and company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that the products manufactured are free from discrepancies and are of utmost quality in accordance to company’s quality requirements.

He / she works in a manufacturing environment and may be required to work over-time. He / she should be comfortable with repetitive work activities, working in accordance to company’s schedule requirements, operating machinery, as well as exposure to physically demanding work conditions such as long hours of sitting and working in a hot temperature environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform core manufacturing processes, including but not limited to: Filing, Sawing, Soldering & Polishing/Buffing
- Polishing and buffing of metal surfaces Operate according company procedures and standards

Education & Qualifications
- SPM/Secondary ‘O’ Levels
- 2 years of experience working in the manufacturing sector would be an added advantage
