Electroplater

**We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Electroplating Technician**to join our production team. You will be responsible for setting up and operating plating equipment to coat metal or plastic parts with metal to enhance durability, appearance, or corrosion resistance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain electroplating tanks and equipment.
- Prepare surfaces for electroplating (cleaning, degreasing, masking, etc.).
- Monitor plating process and adjust chemical concentrations as needed.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and uniform coating.
- Record production data and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot common plating defects and perform basic maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in electroplating or metal finishing.
- Understanding of different plating processes (e.g., nickel, chrome, zinc, gold, etc.).
- Able to read technical drawings and instructions.
- Physically fit and able to handle chemicals safely.
- Good attention to detail and quality control.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certificate or diploma in chemical process, mechanical, or related fields.
- Forklift or chemical handling certification is an advantage.
