**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Looking for care aides for our mobile health company, Jaga-Me

As our Care Aide, you will support patients so that they can live their life in the way they want (e.g. at home) and avoid unnecessary admissions to the hospital. Your support will give families a peace of mind, knowing that their loved ones are in good hands.

Responsibilities include:
**1. General Caregiving**
- Attend to patients’ needs in their daily living activities such as showering, diaper changing, feeding, light housekeeping, personal grooming and hygiene, and other bedside nursing duties
- Monitor basic vital signs such as temperature taking, blood pressure, hypo-count monitoring, and charting, etc
- Assist in transferring and positioning the patient
- Escort clients for their medical appointments
- Assist with conducting daily exercises for the patients as prescribed
- Reminding patients to take medication

**Requirements**:

- Ideally past experience as a healthcare attendant in home care / nursing home
- Commit to a 5-days work week including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts
- Must we be willing to take care of Covid positive patients (Full PPE training and attire will be provided)
- Ability to show care, motivation and responsibility at work

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
