**Responsibilities**:
1. Operational Efficiency:

- Monitor and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance communication.
- Maintain a proactive approach in resolving operational issues and addressing client concerns.

2. Vendor Management:

- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to obtain favourable terms and pricing.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.

3. Inventory Management:

- Oversee inventory control and management, including stock levels, replenishment, and storage.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize shortages.
- Implement inventory tracking systems to monitor product movement and facilitate accurate reporting.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Address any quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

5. Client Support:

- Assist clients in navigating our one-stop health and fitness services.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure exceptional client experiences.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collect and analyse operational data to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare regular reports on key operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proficient in English and Chinese language.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and operational software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge or interest in the health and fitness industry is beneficial.
