**Wealth Management Advisory**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized wealth management strategies, focusing on investment portfolios (equities, bonds, funds, etc.), estate planning, and asset protection.
- Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals to grow and protect their wealth through various investment products.
- Offer regular financial reviews and tailored advice based on client objectives and market trends.

**Corporate Solutions & Employee Benefits**:

- Advise business owners on corporate financial planning, including employee benefits packages and retirement plans.
- Work with corporate clients to design and implement customized solutions for business growth, risk management, and employee retention.
- Offer consultancy on group insurance plans, corporate investment strategies, and long-term financial goals for businesses.

**Business Succession Planning**:

- Support business owners in creating structured succession plans to ensure business continuity and wealth preservation for future generations.
- Provide advisory services on business exit strategies, buy-sell agreements, and trusts to manage ownership transitions.
- Collaborate with legal and financial experts to deliver holistic advisory solutions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in wealth management, relationship management, bancassurance corporate finance, or business advisory roles will be advantageous but not necessary
- Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
- Familiarity with corporate financial solutions, including employee benefits and succession planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster client relationships.
