We are looking for a careful and proactive Tax Specialist to handle our global tax matters. You’ll be responsible for managing tax filings and making sure we stay compliant in different countries, especially as they relate to our blockchain-related operations.

**Job Scope**:
A) Tax Compliance & Reporting
- Support the preparation and filing of corporate income tax, indirect tax and withholding tax returns
- Help review and maintain tax-related settings in the accounting system to reflect current rules
- Assist in reconciling indirect tax accounts with financial record.
- All GST related issues
- Monitor tax codes in accounting systems for accuracy and compliance
- Draft reponses to queries or aduits from tax authorities

B) Risk Support
- Assist in reviewing contracts and business activities from tax perspective
- Coordinate with tax agents, external auditors and regulatory authorities such as IRAS

**Good To Have**:

- Prior exposure to the blockchain or digital assets industry
- Experience with international tax planning an digital business models

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Solid knowledge of corporate and indirect tax systems
- Hands on experience with accounting systems and tax reconciliation
- Self starter who thrives in a fast paced
