**Responsibilities include**:

- Researching data centre development from a variety of news, public filings, and mapping sources.
- Delivering bespoke research reports in line with client’s aims and objectives.
- Networking with industry professionals to gather information on demand, supply, and future data centre construction changes.
- Providing insight on industry developments to support research, white papers, infographics, and consulting projects.
- Delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders in both public and private forums.
- Represent the company at the international and domestic events and gatherings.
