The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users through our globally popular products. Typical growth projects include EDM Push New User Onboarding, etc. We are looking for a talented, self-directed Incentive growth manager with an analytical mindset to join TikTok in Singapore. You will be responsible for increasing DNU and DAU for TikTok by referral program.

Responsiblities:
1. Responsible for the user growth of TikTok, responsible for the product function and strategy optimization of specific business modules, continue to explore ways to re-activate users and improve retention, and be responsible for DAU growth.

2. Through business status analysis and in-depth research into the industry, understand the needs of target users, tap growth opportunities, form effective business strategies, and land algorithm-driven strategies.

3. Insight, attention, analysis of industry trends and excellent growth cases, summarize precipitation experience, and explore new optimization directions.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in Internet products, experience in growth or strategy, plus points for push and EDM related experience;
2. Excellent result-oriented thinking, strong logic ability, high data sensitivity, able to mine potential strategies through phenomena;
3. Have excellent communication and coordination ability and driving force of XFN collaboration, be able to promote and manage projects independently, and cooperate with product, interaction, R & D and other teams to quickly promote project implementation;
