Production Supervisor

Able to lead, train, and coach team member
- Manage and handle daily production purchases, inventory, stock, and work schedule
- Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end finishing the product
- Cleaning and troubleshooting in production machines
- Responsible for the whole process of manufacturing from purchase, withdrawal, and issue until handover to warehouse
- Create, maintain, and update the SAP system
- ISO documentation update, recording, and maintenance
- Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
- Co-operate with inter-department to ensure the production is running as per schedule
- Other tasks/assignments given by the Superior/Management

**Responsibilities**:

- Diploma with an Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be an advantage
- At least 3-5 years of manufacturing work experience required
- Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity
- Willing to learn new things and hands-on
- Excellent communication so as to provide training and coaching to team members and also handle queries from clients/associates
- Computer literate
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English for effective communication with bilingual associates

**Other information**:

- Basic up to S$2800.00
- AWS & Variable Bonus

- Working location: Ang Mo Kio area (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)
- Working days: 5.5 days work week
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday 9 am to 1 pm

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
