Research and Quality Assurance Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Product Research and Development: Conduct in-depth research to support new product development and continuous improvement of existing systems.
- Quality Assurance Oversight: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet regulatory standards and client specifications.
- Testing & Validation: Perform rigorous testing protocols on components and systems to validate performance, reliability, and safety.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, research findings, and quality reports in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards are integrated at all stages.
- Compliance Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with international and local quality and safety standards.
- Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve product quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a research, quality assurance, or related engineering role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems and product testing standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and lab testing equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
