**Role Overview**:
As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in both pre-sales and post-sales activities. You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to demo our browser security products to enterprise clients, address technical questions, and ensure successful deployment and integration of our solutions. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner will be key to helping customers understand the value of our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to support the entire sales cycle, including discovery, demos, POCs (proof of concept), and solution design.
- Conduct technical product demos, showcasing the value of our browser and web security solutions to enterprise clients.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise during the pre-sales phase to help close deals.
- Assist clients with post-sales support, ensuring smooth deployment, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Work with the product team to capture feedback and insights from customers to help guide product development and improvement.
- Deliver training sessions to clients, ensuring they fully understand and can effectively use our solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for technical queries, security concerns, and solution best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar technical role within the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of browser and web security technologies.
- Hands-on experience demoing security products to enterprise-level clients.
- Expertise in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, including technical presentations and customer support.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with enterprise environments, system integration, and security best practices.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or events.

**Bonus Points**:

- Previous experience working in an early-stage startup.
- Familiarity with common cybersecurity tools, frameworks, and protocols.
- Experience with scripting or programming for automation or customization.
