The Senior Executive/Executive will work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of the retail units, and provide estate management support.

**Responsibilities**:
Retail Management
- Responsible for the leasing, planning and setting up of the retail units in the hospital across different buildings
- Plan, formulate and implement operational SOP and marketing strategies
- Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports, and other related lease management functions
- Interact professionally with internal and external parties to gather feedback, resolve complaints, and improve service level
- Engage key stakeholders in establishing and implementing initiatives to enhance existing/ meet new retail service needs (e.g. introducing new technology to improve user experience, and work with multiple government agencies to roll out new initiatives).

Estate Management
- Manage the HealthCity Novena campus shuttle bus service
- Oversee the hospital campus amenities which include procurement of new furniture and equipment, and work with internal stakeholders on the maintenance schedule.
- Assist in the set-up of estate services for new TTSH buildings in HealthCity Novena Campus
- Other Ad-hoc projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferably in a tenancy management related function
- Maturity and adaptability to work independently
- Ability to plan, supervise, execute and manage operational plans
- Good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter and resourceful with good interpersonal and communication skills
