- Holding pad work and sparring sessions.
- Conducting group classes for various skill levels.
- Motivating and encouraging students to reach their potential.
- Guiding warm-up and cool-down routines.
- Staying updated on Muay Thai trends and techniques.
- Maintaining equipment and promoting a positive gym culture.
- Teaching Muaythai to kids

**Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Trainer**
- Teaching BJJ techniques, positions, and strategies.
- Demonstrating techniques clearly.
- Creating a structured curriculum for all skill levels.
- Refining grappling skills and providing feedback.
- Supervising safe sparring sessions.
- Focusing on injury prevention and safety.
- Guiding mental resilience and competition readiness.
- Assisting with tournament preparation.
- Offering constructive feedback to improve.
- Cultivating a positive training environment.
- Staying updated on BJJ trends.
- Teaching BJJ to kids

**Strength & Conditioning Coach**
- Organize and lead group strength and conditioning sessions for different skill levels and ages.
- Direct warm-up and cool-down exercises.
- Provide posture correction during workouts.
- Develop innovative workout approaches to enhance strength, endurance, and agility.
- Ensure injury prevention during classes.
- Inspire and assist clients in staying motivated.
- Cultivate a positive training atmosphere.
- Stay updated on fitness trends.
- Work together to attain fitness objectives.

**Job Requirements**
- **Weekend Availability**:Must be willing and available to work on weekends, as these are typically high-traffic days for the gym.
- **Polite and Friendly**:Possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with members and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Positive Mindset**:Maintain a positive attitude that uplifts both colleagues and members, contributing to a pleasant gym environment.
