**eSports Manager [Salary range $5,000-8,000]**

As an eSports Manager, you will be responsible for starting and operating shooting game tournament events, building tournament systems, enhancing the appreciation and overall influence of the tournament, and optimizing the function and tools of the tournament in close cooperation with the R&D team.

You will also be responsible for increasing the core FPS/TPS/BR tournament audience to the event through continuous operation on the game side/external channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Start and operate shooting game tournament events
- Build tournament systems and enhance the appreciation and overall influence of the tournament
- Optimize the function and tools of the tournament in close cooperation with the R&D team
- Increase the core FPS/TPS/BR tournament audience to the event through continuous operation on the game side/external channels
- Develop and execute eSports strategies for TPS games, including large-scale events
- Create high-quality eSports content, such as live streams, videos, and social media content
- Work with partners and sponsors to develop and execute eSports marketing and promotion plans
- Analyze eSports data and feedback to continuously improve strategies

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of BR games
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in gaming tournament event operation, familiar with various eSports events, and those who have been directly responsible for medium and large-scale eSports events overseas are preferred
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
